SRVO-024 move error excess (G:3 A:1)

This error seams to appear when there is an external force apply to the servo motor. If you remove the weight from the table, do you have the same error?

I currently dont have any weight on the table was trying to rotate it to put a tooling back on 

What is the controller version that you have?

its a fanuc rj3 it will rotate with the manual switch on the control panel just not with the teach pendent so maybe swap out the teach pendent?

so i swapped teach pendents no im getting a srvo-023 stop error but if you lean on the table to try an help it move it will move a little before throwing the error 

ive been able to figure alot of problems out on this robot but this one has me stuck

the srvo-023 is most of the time linked with the srvo-024 alarm. At this point, the error may comes from those sources:

1. The input on the servo amplifier need to be higher that 170VAC. Check the phase to phase voltage between the pins of CRM38A or CRM38B.

2.Check if the motor cable is correctly connected or damaged

replaced the motor cuz thats what a tech told me was wrong and now its still doing the same thing will rotate just fine manually with the toggle switch but wont rotate at all with the controller

Is it possible that you have a mechanical issue? What I mean is, Bearing jamming a little that will make enough resistance for the controller to detect an excessive force? Is the table on some pillow blocks and maybe need to be grease?

Have you tried running the motor without coupling it to the table? I would try this at first to eliminate all mechanical issues and then got up step by step to the controller.
