I have a BZAL on the new CRX-10iA/L on the Axis 3,2 and 1 but it has no batteries at the base of the robot. How can I solve this alarm? I need to start this robot ASAP!

Hi John68,
That means that the batteries for the encoders are down or unplugged and the controller as been shutdown.
Robot lost the reference between the pulse encoder and degree related, a new mastering will need to be done.
To check the batteries you need to take off the cover that is on the J2 arm of the robot.

From there you can look if the batteries are well connected or you will need to change them.
In case you need to change them the P/N is : A98L-0031-0011#D
Please take note that you need to change the two batteries at once
You can now do a mastering procedure, but do not shutdown the controller until you have change batteries or the alarm will popup again.
Hope this will help you.
